Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Onsite - Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
• Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity
• Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting
