About the Role
This position sits in the Group HR Data & Analytics team, reporting to the UK-based HR Data & Analytics Manager. The team provide data, reporting and analysis to HR colleagues and leaders across the world, as well as monitoring the quality of data held in our SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and other databases.
The incumbent will need to:
- Run reports to schedule and ad hoc as required, providing accurate and relevant data to other teams and functions that feeds business processes and enables data-led decision making.
- Manage positions in the HRIS, creating, amending and closing as required by the business.
- Support the move to globally consistent, automated processes by joining project teams to represent data requirements and identify data points that allow us to measure the benefits of new processes and deliver further refinements.
