About the Role

🚀 Key Responsibilities

✔ Analyse attendance, absenteeism and workforce productivity data.
✔ Develop reports, dashboards and HR metrics for management.
✔ Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
✔ Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and databases.
✔ Partner with HR and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights.

🎓 Requirements

✔ Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology.
✔ Minimum 3 years' experience in HR data analysis, reporting and data visualisation.
✔ Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
✔ Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance reporting.

⭐ Advantageous

➕ Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or highly regulated environment.
➕ SQL and/or Python experience.
