About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our team. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and various HR initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
Prepare employment-related documents, including offer letters and employment agreements.
Assist with payroll administration and employee data updates as required.
