About the Role
Conifex Timber Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our Mackenzie, BC operations. This role is a key support position within a unionized, safety‑sensitive mill environment and will play an important part in strengthening HR processes, improving consistency, and supporting both employees and leadership. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will provide hands‑on administrative and coordination support across a broad range of HR functions, including attendance tracking, employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, union matters and day‑to‑day employee and supervisor inquiries.
