About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our HR department. The HR Associate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the HR functions and duties, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, applicant screening, and coordinating interviews, creating MIS.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records maintenance, KEKA data entry, visitors form and documentation management.
- Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and offer letters.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) in compliance with labour regulations.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
