LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Compensation professional for an ongoing temporary opportunity. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in compensation analysis, market pricing, salary structure administration, and compensation modeling who can quickly contribute and provide immediate value to the team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting compensation programs, conducting market benchmarking, maintaining compensation structures, and analyzing compensation data to drive informed business decisions. Strong Excel skills are required, including experience working with large datasets and compensation models, while experience with Workday and healthcare organizations is preferred. This opportunity offers remote/hybrid flexibility for candidates located in Maryland or Virginia and pays between $32-$38 per hour, depending on experience.
