About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on client satisfaction and results. In this role, you will serve as an advisor to our employees and the business within the Southern Cone region, providing guidance on talent management processes and practices, designing and implementing HR initiatives, and supporting complex organizational change efforts. You will promote and deliver a wide range of HR initiatives, programs, and services, aligning business needs with the overall HR service portfolio, while ensuring that initiatives under the People Strategy are effectively addressing HR priorities in the region.

The HRBP reports to the Head of the Human Resources Business Partner – Regions Group and works in close collaboration with the HR Department teams at Headquarters in Washington, D.C., including a dedicated group of HR Business Partners.
