This newly created HR Business Partner role will play a key part in strengthening people capability across WA, balancing hands-on operational support with meaningful change and transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, ER and organisational change
  • Manage complex and escalated employee relations matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen
