We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients team in Markham, Ontario. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to align human resources strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will play a critical role in supporting employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other HR functions to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals and promote a values-driven culture.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and effective people management practices.
• Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace accommodations.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
