Responsibilities

• Human Resources Site Operations
• Ensure the current manpower complement is composed of the right talent and the right fit.
• Ensure all employee pre‑employment and engagement requirements are complied with.
• Oversee the onboarding process to properly engage new employees.
• Initiate and prompt Team Leaders on the update of Job Descriptions when necessary.
• Conduct individual operational workforce planning on an annual basis.
• Forge strong relationships with relevant geographic stakeholders (e.g., DOLE, Universities, etc.) and ensure all available sourcing channels are optimized.
• Lead the organizational review and recommend possible changes on structures and organizational set‑up based on short‑ to mid‑term site plans.
