About the Role
**Description**
The HR Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting the existing of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR domain. The Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot robotic processes, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any exceptions. Working closely with the U.S. counterparts, the HR Automation Analyst will identify and suggest new automation enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
