Responsibilities
- Provide support in at least two or more HR facets (e.g., Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, Compensation & Benefits, HR
- Admin)
- Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Contribute to employee engagement and a supportive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience
- Must display a positive attitude, approachable personality, and professionalism
- Willing to work in Pasig
