About the Role
The HR Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the full range of human resource functions, including recruitment assistance, employee relations, records management, benefits administration, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth coordination between HR processes and other departments, contributing to the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Reporting to the HR Supervisor or HR Manager, the HR Associate plays a vital role in maintaining employee data accuracy, supporting daily HR operations, and upholding compliance with labor laws and company standards.
