About the Role
Primary Purpose of Position
Provide assistance in the delivery of superior service to internal clients on key initiatives including global compensation, HR operations, benefits, learning and development, culture and engagement initiatives.
Provide support to the Global Shared Services Team in the fulfilment of HR service delivery agreement through accurate, timely and efficient administration of SMEC/SJ Global HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, expat management (for international assignments)
- Maintain and update with high accuracy employee records in SAP and other employee data record platforms
- Support implementation of various processes, programs, upgrades and improvement activities which are HR related
- Ensure accuracy in process documentation, including updating and creating Work Instructions that adherences to the current process
