About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
· Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives
· Support payroll preparation, benefits administration and government-mandated compliance
· Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and databases
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
· years proven experience in HR
· Strong knowledge in recruitment, labor laws and HR best practices
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
· Proficient in MS Office applications is an advantage
