Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

· Source, screen, and interview candidates.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and Participate in employer branding initiatives.

· Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers

· Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Personnel Requisition Tracker/Form (PRF)

· Make sure that leads is within SLA

On-boarding Management

· Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance to completion.

· Analyze data to track onboarding metrics and identify areas for improvement.

· Encoding data from Applicant Information Form to Masterlist and upload all documentation in Google Drive.

· Conduct New Employee Orientation or other On-boarding related Trainings.

Off-boarding Management

· Process Resignation Acceptance Letter, Exit Interview and Clearances of outgoing employees....
