About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the HR Head in all HR programs, mainly in manpower/recruitment activities.
- Support recruitment activities, including job offers, pre-employment requirements, and candidate coordination.
- Arrange and conduct onboarding for all new hires across sites.
- Prepare and maintain employee records (201 files) and HR documentation.
- Monitor new hire evaluations and coordinate with Site HRs for follow-ups.
- Ensure confidentiality of HR-related information.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR facets, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
