Job Summary:
The HR Assistant – Talent Management supports the organization's workforce needs by applying best HR practices in recruitment, selection, and workforce planning. The role involves assessing applicants' qualifications and attitudes, conducting interviews, building strong candidate relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to promote vacancies and attract top talent. It also manages pre-employment processes, employment verification, job offers, contracts, onboarding activities, orientations, and employee records. Additionally, the position supports internal hiring, trainee management, database maintenance, and coordination of evaluations, clearances, and exit processes. The HR Assistant further coordinates employee training logistics, including travel arrangements, training bond agreements, and the monitoring and safekeeping of training and workforce-related records.
