Responsibilities

  • To handle full spectrum of HR functions and ensure the smooth running of the department, including Payroll processing, Compensation and benefits, Employee Retention programs, Training and Development, Recruitment and disciplinary, and Performance Appraisal.
  • To perform strategic HR planning to meet challenging business and operations requirements.
  • To develop and execute strategic HR plans aligning with the organizations goals.
  • To develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • To lead and give supervision to the HR team.
  • To identify training needs, design training programs, and oversee employee development initiatives.
