Role: HR Assistant
Experience: 1 - 4 years
Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Client: A leading Biofuel Industry
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage day-to-day HR operations
ā¢ Assist in payroll processing
ā¢ Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
ā¢ Coordinate with plant teams and understand manufacturing HR practices
ā¢ Manage Time Office activities and maintain accurate attendance records
ā¢ Maintain and update labour records as per compliance
ā¢ Oversee employee seating and basic facilities in the plant
š¹ Requirements:
ā¢ Prior experience in HR operations
ā¢ Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliances
ā¢ Exposure to manufacturing plant HR is a plus
ā¢ Strong communication and coordination skills
