About the Role
- Assist the Head of Personnel, HSE, and General Services with various HR processes
- Manage personnel administration, including invoices, reimbursements, contracts, letters, and forms
- Monitor contract expirations and assist in the tendering process for contract renewals/new contracts
- Update and manage expenses for the Work-related Costs Scheme
- Perform absence registration (maternity, unpaid leave, vacation days, sickness, mission)
- Maintain HR administration and personnel databases (both digital and physical files)
- Support expatriates with settlement processes (registration, 30% ruling, housing, benefits, etc.)
- Assist in HR projects such as employee development, salary benchmarking, and procedure updates
- Support expatriate income tax processes
- Assist with recruitment activities, including invitations and scheduling
- Archive and maintain digital HR documents
