About the Role
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resources
- With at least 3-5 years experience in General Human Resources
- Full understanding of HR Functions and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with extensive experience on General Human Resources such as but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Information, Employee Relation, Training and Development and Timekeeping
- With strong analytical thinking and can do multitasking
- Strong attention to details and following through on deadlines
- Previous experience in similar roles and past faced working environment
