About the Role

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Expert in HR Systems and Data Management (m/f/d) to join our Global Human Resources Expert Hub Systems & Data Management team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance, and delivering advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role is full-time and permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Analytics: Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Data Governance & Quality: Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR). Define and monitor key HR KPIs.
