About the Role
What you will do:
You will be responsible for delivering value-added services of the HR function to support business growth, enhance employee engagement and organization effectiveness. You will also involve in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures.
How you will do it:
- Work with Country HR Manager, Malaysia to execute people strategy and agenda in alignment of business growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with cross HR functions like regional HRBP, HR shared service centre and centre of excellence to deliver a great employee experience with our HR operation excellence initiatives.
- Manage the team and individual matters with high complexity and minimize external reputation risks.
- Manage dispute resolutions with win-win and balance approach.
