About the Role

 Our team in  Melbourne  currently has an opening for a  HR Advisor 
 
  YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 The HR Advisor at Brenntag ANZ plays a pivotal role in bridging the gapbetween HR administration and strategic HR initiatives. This role acts as aproactive HR partner, attending to key HR processes, and offering support tothe business to support the alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
 Collaborate with business units to understand their HR needs and assist in formulating HR solutions.
 Participate in strategic planning to support the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
 Participate in implementation of key HR initiatives as required.
 Provide advice and support to managers and employees on ER related issues including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations.
 Support Line Managers in PPM/IDP processes.
