What will you be doing?
Administrative services for employees in the field of HR, payroll and benefits and providing employees with information on inquiries;
Administration of employee benefits packages and Company Social Benefits Fund;
Updating internal forms and data on the intranet;
Keeping personnel documentation in accordance with the labour law regulations;
Cooperation with an outsourcing company, taking care of the correct circulation of documents and information flow;
Preparing payroll data and verifying its accuracy;
Cooperation with other external companies in the field of HR (e.g. benefits, employee shares, group insurance and others);
Entering data into the Workday system and co...
