Overview
The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for leading and transforming the HR and Administration functions at the Johor site. This role goes beyond operational execution and serves as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce optimization, compliance governance, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional direction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS governance, and data integrity.
Lead and manage site administrative functions including office operations, vendor management, office facilities coordination, cost control, and operational support services.
Lead all Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, misconduct cases, terminations, and representation at labour authorities where required.
