Lead and manage all HR functions to support plant and operational requirements.
Partner with Management, Operations, and Line Leaders on manpower planning, shift structures, and productivity targets.
Develop HR strategies that support operational efficiency, safety, and long-term workforce capability.

Design, implement, and manage performance management systems for managerial, supervisory, and all employees.
Develop clear KPIs linked to productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and discipline.
Drive probation confirmations, performance reviews, and annual appraisal exercises.
Coach line managers and supervisors on performance tracking, documentation, and corrective actions.
Manage underperformance through Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and disciplinary processes.
Align performance outcomes with rewards, increments, promotions, and corrective actions.
