About the Role
Our Human Resources and Admin (HRAD) team plays a vital role in promoting a dynamic and inclusive workplace. As an HR and Admin Intern at Growve, you will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Identify and recommend assessment tools to enhance the candidate screening process.
- Contribute to the design of materials such as birthday, work anniversary, and welcome posters for new hires.
- Organize and maintain records in both physical and digital formats.
- Monitor office supply levels and ensure timely replenishment by placing orders as needed.
