Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.40pm
Reporting To: General Manager (GM)
Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Management
Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions independently.
Act as HR business partner to GM and management team.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. -
Recruitment & Talent Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee confirmation, performance tracking, and manpower planning.
