About the Role

Job Summary:
The HR Admin Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth HR operations by coordinating employee records, documentation, recruitment support, and compliance with company policies and labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files, contracts, and HR databases
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and clearance processes of employees
