Day-to-day owner of people and office operations for TourIQ, an early-stage B2B tech startup with a 7-person technical team in Jaipur. When founders aren’t present, you keep the office running: HR coordination, office administration, hiring pipeline support, and workplace management.


Key Responsibilities


HR & Employee Coordination

  • Primary contact for day-to-day HR: attendance, leave management, records, policy adherence, workplace discipline
  • Coordinate onboarding/exit formalities; manage new hire logistics (equipment, workspace, orientation)
  • Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling for technical hiring
  • Support founders in people coordination and internal communication


Office & Administration

  • Manage daily office operations, vendor coordination (supplies, housekeeping, internet, repairs), asset tracking
