Responsibilities
- Learns sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions.
- Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.
- Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients; maintains and develops relationships with clients.
- Assists customers by providing information such as product or service quotes.
- Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives.
- Makes rapid and accurate calculations.
- Records sales and sends a copy to the sales team.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training.
- Ensures training standards and quality are consistently met.
- Mentors and guides employees to improve skills and productivity.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports).
