KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product performance monitoring & analysis:
Monitor E2E funnel of each customer journey/ technical flow, capture unexpected/ abnormal behavior from funnel dataAnalyze and propose actions for funnel improvement/ product performance/ Customer experience Deliver product initiative/ product enhancement:
Collect customer issue/ pain point, external/ internal partner’s requirement/needsClarify with Stakeholder on business requirement to understand business imperatives, expectations, analyze and mitigate risksTransfer detail requirement to technical teams for implementationContribute to high level technical and solution design with External Partners and Internal Stakeholder (IT Development team, Legal, Risk …)Accountable for stakeholder management to ensure scope and decisions are understood and agreed to and that all their needs are met
