About the Role

The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations

You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results

This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team
The Person
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role- Mine Site Cleaning experience will be highly regarded

Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)

Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance

Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
