About the Role
Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team during shifts, particularly in the absence of the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. This role requires working independently, ensuring all cleaning procedures and company standards are consistently followed, and maintaining a high level of service and cleanliness throughout the property.
In addition to supporting daily operations, the Supervisor leads by example, promoting a culture of excellence, organisation, and accountability. They ensure that guest areas are maintained to the highest standards, and take initiative to resolve issues promptly, contributing to a smooth and efficient housekeeping operation.
