Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Cainta Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our clients and guests.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities of a team of housekeepers
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and ensure appropriate levels are maintained
• Train and develop the housekeeping team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance
• Address any guest complaints or concerns related to cleanliness and housekeeping
