Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing, as required.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal.
• Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Uphold the inn’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality at all times.
