Job Description

• Overseeand manage the household team, including housekeepers, gardener, driver, andmaintenance staff.
  
• Trainand supervise local helpers and coordinators in the country to maintainconsistent service standards.
  
• Ensurethe residence is kept in impeccable condition, with attention to detail inpresentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
  
• Coordinatehousehold schedules, maintenance, and special projects as needed.
  
• Operatefrom the home office located in the house’s basement.
  
• When the family is in Singapore, availability to work on Saturdaysand Sundays is required. When the family is overseas (approximately 50% of theyear), the House Manager may take four days off.
