Job Duties
- Warmly, friendly greeting and welcoming guests, and directing them to the appropriate staff or facilities
- Managing bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Answering phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information about accommodation, dining, fuel, and local attractions
- Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
