We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager who is as passionate about Cretan hospitality (Philoxenia) as they are about operational efficiency. You will be the heartbeat of the hotel, ensuring that every guest feels like royalty and every team member feels like family.
Main responsibilities as Operations Manager:
Oversee the daily pulse of the property.
Balance seamless behind-the-scenes logistics with a visible, welcoming presence for our guests.
Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure 4-star standards are consistently met.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest relations, turning feedback into opportunities for excellence.
