Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer in our hotel based in Amboseli. Your
primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by proactively identifying and
pursuing business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel's
services to prospective guests and corporate clients. You will play a key role in achieving sales
targets, and maximizing occupancy rates.
You will be responsible for:
∙Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, including corporate accounts,
group bookings, and event inquiries, through cold calling, networking, and research to
expand the hotel's client base and revenue streams
∙Preparing regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, booking
patterns, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for future
strategies.
