- A host/hostess presents the first positive impression of VIP Valet’s level of customer service to our clients.
- The person in this position will greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive friendly hand-off .
- The host/hostess should have a fun and smart disposition and must be able to carry natural conversations with clients.
- Responding to inquiries and concerns is an important aspect of the job.
- This person must be able to use visual clues to anticipate the needs of our clients.
- Keeping situations calm and under control during busy periods is essential.
