About the Role
Why this role exists
We organise reliable farm labour for horticulture (starting with Nashik’s grape belt). Farmers get timely, skilled crews;
workers get dignified, transparent jobs. We need a Marathi-fluent support executive with hands-on agriculture exposure to be the trusted voice between farmers, mukkadams (labour supervisors) and our field teams.
What you’ll do
- Farmer & Labour Helpline (Marathi-first): Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp for grape operations like pruning, shot tying, thinning, dipping, etc.
- Booking orchestration: Convert validated requests into confirmed work orders;
coordinate crew allocation with Field Ops;
share reporting/SOPs. - Issue triage: Escalate absenteeism, quality disputes, transport delays, or accommodation issues to District/Field Ops;
