We are currently seeking two Case Managers to join our Homelessness team in Emerald. They will provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housed but at risk of homelessness. Case management is provided to people in their home, in temporary living situations, in supported housing, in a community setting or in a public space.
