Our client is looking for a Digital Home Loan Specialistwith lending customer experience in retail mortgages.

You will provide service and build relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.

Duties

· Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey

· Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans

· Resolve customer issues and complaints

· Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts

· Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday
