About the Role
Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Ryde, Eastwood, Macquarie Park, Carlingford, Beecroft and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker:
- Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
- Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
- Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
- Mobility assistance within the home/local community
- Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being
Requirements of the role:
- Right to Work in Australia
- Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
