Home Care Assistant

As aCare Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes. You will be visiting clients inAlderley Edge & Wilmslow . We are looking for someone reliable, friendly and caring to make a difference to our clients' lives. You must live in or very close to the East Cheshire area.

Job Description

You will visit the sameregular clients each week so you can really get to know each other and make a meaningful connection. When you have an initial call with a client who is new to you, you will have accompanied and introduced to them by a colleague who knows them well, so you canreally get to know every client and their needs .

At Home Instead, we know that 15 or 30 minute calls aren't long enough for you to offer exceptional care. That's why we haveminimum 1-hour calls to ensure you can take your time with your clients.
