The
DCX Client Services – Home-Based Operations Training Program Coordinator
will work as a full-time employee supporting a growing U.S.-based client. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, coordinating learning programs, and driving user adoption of various business applications. You will ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives by managing schedules, tracking course completions within SCU, maintaining accurate data across systems, and coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person events.
